Depending on the value and volume of items we clear, there are three ways we charge:

1. We Pay You
2. You Pay Us
3. We Do It for Free
4. Often Clearing a House is cheaper, quicker & easier, than hiring a Skip, also no loading is required!
5. Single items cleared form £20

If there is considerable resale value in the items to be cleared, such as antique furniture, collectables, works of art, high-value furniture, or white goods, we will make you an offer for the items ourselves, or advise you on where and how to sell them.
